I also agree with pepecia. We know we have members that do nothing good for this guild and we keep them. This has to stop no matter what!

Long time we were saying active participation but still we can see good amount of ppl are ignoring the message. Never crossed >15 ppl in morale log donations or any form of donations for that matter. Agree with the points highlighted by Fuzz and other members! Totally IN for the merge plan

Even though I might not be a part of the ones that get to join the new guild I am in favor of a merger. I think the guild needs a boost to get out of the slump we are in atm with losing to every opponent in GC. Although in many GC's donations and participation wouldn't have mattered much since we faced waaaaay to tough oppponents.
With that said I would also say that a merger always carry a pretty big risk of failure leading to the new and old guilds falling apart so I would like that the leaders have a long talk before any merger is done and make sure you are on the same page regarding how the new guild should be handled.

Trophies don't mean alot. A lot of ppl sandbag. We struggled in gc for the same reason my last guild did. Everyone kept Trophies high, and we got matched with guilds that had stronger players with lower Trophies. They dropped 20 ppl and were going to test that. We can always try dropping Trophies, which would drop our rank, but should get easier opponents in gc. Just a thought. Mine are a good 100+ below were they could be.

I'd like to run an idea by you guys, but only an idea for the moment. If there was an agreement between our guilds there will still be 2 guilds to work with. My guild will obviously not disappear into nothing.
If we made a point of keeping up communication between the 2 guilds, my guild could be treated as a low donation/ participation guild. The members you feel are not pulling weight could be sent to my guild. We could also use it as a vacation/ time off place, or if you just need to save jewels for a few weeks.
It would keep everyone in a common place and not left out on their own. Also, I believe the communication part would be very important.
Again, it's just a thought.

Paul that's an excellent idea! I've seen this working perfectly in clash of clans so I think we can manage it here also. This will make things so much easier. I think we should go for the merger as soon as this GC finishes...

I'd like to offer the basis of a 2 guild system. The reason is I have about 29 guild members who have about 98% participation and 100% donation. They communicate and follow directions, and it's hard for me to let them go.
The biggest part for this to work is to have both guilds in the same guild chat system or app, I would put my vote in for kik if it can handle enough members.
Knightswhosayni is 100% participation and 100% donations. Warriors low participation and optional donations.
Warriors will be a place if you know you can't do 100% the coming week you take the week off and another member is subbed in. If you need to save your jewels for a week or 2 you go there. Members of knightswhosayni are encouraged, not forced, to take a week break every once in awhile.
All new recruits will be directed to warriors to build up a base of good members.
This is basically an a team and b team. I think if everyone remains in the same guild chat this can work. If everyone takes a week break every once in awhile and sub in members it wont make seem like warriors is the reject guild.
It could use some work but maybe a start.
Paul
